Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 2 to 3 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are trying to mitigate.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Dwarka Foods and Pickles will take complete responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
Your order can be canceled before it is dispatched. If your order is canceled after it is dispatched, then a return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of the product cost will be applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your money will be refunded within 7 working days from the time of processing the refund. the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
